We have been using Morris-Jenkins for years for our two residence, including replacing/upgrading our units. We have found the MJ techs to be courteous, professional and thorough. Sadie Janks was our most recent tech who conducted our AC service. She went well beyond the expected service call including checking the fire alarms (replaced batteries and advised on a faulty alarm), advised on filters (we were in the process of a whole house painting and she advised we wait until it was completed to replace the filters) and hot water heaters (which MJ had installed in 2012). It was a pleasure having Sadie at our home; another wonderful representative of MJ.
