Take a Bite Out This

Do you have a taste for something hot and spicy? We suggest taking a bite out of one of the hottest chili peppers, “The Carolina Reaper, originally named the HP22B” according to the Guinness World Record.  Tears will fall from your eyes as this explosive hot chili hits your tongue. You don’t have to travel far to taste this mouthwatering experience, because the Carolina Reaper is locally grown and harvested in Rock Hill, South Carolina and sold in Fort Mill, South Carolina at Puckerbutt Pepper Company.

Puckerbutt Pepper Company was created by “Smokin” Ed Currie. His love for peppers began while he was researching a connection between personal life style habits and disease. During his investigation, he discovered that people from indigenous populations who ate hot peppers with their meals have fewer cases of disease such as cancer.  As a result, Currie wanted to promote peppers as a healthy staple food.

Prior to starting Puckerbutt, Currie began growing over 800 peppers across his and his friends’ homes. He would then turn those peppers into hot sauces, salsas, mustards, jellies & snacks to share with family and friends. Afterwards, the demand for his spicy delicacies skyrocketed leading to the creation of Puckerbutt Pepper Company.

Puckerbutt carries an array of seeds, chilies, peppers, sauces and salsa ranging from mild to stupit hot. Their products can be found in wholesale stores and restaurants throughout the United States of America and in Canada.
