$77 Water Heater Flush

When was the last time you flushed your water heater? Just like your car inspection and your physical, a water heater flush is important to schedule annually to help take care of the things that matter most.

Why Do You Need a Water Heater Flush? Flushing your water heater once a year removes sediment, reduces build-up, and extends the overall life of your equipment. It’s the best thing you can do for your water heater to make sure it provides your family with hot water for years to come!
What to Expect
Not everyone knows you’re supposed to have your water heater flushed every year, so you might not know what that means—that’s ok! When you schedule your water heater flush for only $77 with Morris-Jenkins, one of our plumbers will:

  • Drain and flush your water heater tank (this removes sediment and build-up from your tank that could begin to cause problems later on).
  • Check the water heater thermostat to make sure it’s working right
  • Confirm that the water heater flue is venting properly (the flue helps carry toxic gases away from your home).
  • Inspect your water heater emergency gas shut-off valve (to keep your family safe if there’s ever an emergency).

Just a heads-up, this special offer is for TANKED (traditional) water heaters only.

Do you have a tankless water heater? Don’t worry! Our plumbers also know how to do tankless flushes. However, the process is a bit trickier, so that service is separate from this offer. Still interested in a tankless flush? Give us a call!

We Make It Easy

You probably don’t think about your water heater much. It’s there for you every day, making sure you’ve got a relaxing hot shower whenever you need. If you don’t keep up with annual water heater flushes, sediment can begin to build up. After a while, it can start to come out of your faucets. If you go too long without this important maintenance, it can even lead to pipe bursts, water pressure issues, or corrosion within the tank itself. No one wants that!

What about DIY methods? After all, they’re all over the internet. While there are ways you can flush your water heater yourself, we don’t recommend it. The water in your tank is 120 degrees or greater, which means it’s HOT. You could get burnt if you aren’t an experienced plumber, not to mention the damage you could do to your home’s plumbing if you aren’t extremely careful. Why risk it when you can have a professional do it for only $77?

You’re a busy person! You don’t wanna take off work just to get your water heater flushed, and you don’t have to. If weekends or evenings work better for you, we’d be more than happy to come out then! And we’re not gonna charge you extra for those appointment times.
