Gas is gonna be the way to go. We only install gas tankless water heaters at Morris-Jenkins, but we can repair your electric system if you already have one.
Every installation is gonna look a little different depending on whether you’re switching from a tank system to tankless or you’re just replacing your old one with something similar. But there’ll be a lot in our tankless water heater installations that you can count on no matter what the situation is. We’ll always be on time. We know how frustrating it is to pace around your house for hours waiting for the plumber to show up. We’ll call before we leave and we’ll send you a link to our location so you can watch our progress from the warehouse to your home.
The first thing we’ll do is take out your old system, clean up the area, and make sure it’s ready for your new water heater. Once we’ve installed it, we’ll run through how to use your new water heater and what kind of maintenance it’s gonna need. We’re always around if you think of any questions a few days after your installation.
If the installation itself sounds easy, wait til you hear about our scheduling process! With most companies, you’ll get anything from a 2-6 hour window for your installation. Plus, any work that’s scheduled after 5:00 pm will get an extra charge slapped on. At Morris-Jenkins, we’re open til midnight, and we don’t charge extra for appointments in the evenings or weekends. And you won’t be waiting around for hours, either.
