Did you know we read reviews in our team meetings?

Mr. Jenkins told me to celebrate, celebrate, celebrate! And one of the best ways to do that is to recognize those who go above and beyond to help others.

When you leave a really good review of one of our employees (from our techs to our call center representatives!), we read the review out loud in front of everyone! Not only is it a great way to show an employee some love, but it also encourages others on the team. And even more, it can show other people around Charlotte (like your neighbors!) that Morris-Jenkins is someone to trust with your heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical. YOUR review could have a big impact!

But, of course, sometimes things don’t go as well as we hope. If there was something missing from your appointment, please let us know how we can do better.
