Our Commitment During COVID-19
The times seem uncertain right now, but one thing’s for sure: we’re committed to keeping your family safe and comfortable during it all.
Especially in a time when everyone who is able should be staying home, you need to be comfortable in your own house. Part of that is ensuring your heating, air, and plumbing are functioning properly. Our services are considered essential, and that means we’re able to stay available for you!
What We’re Doing to Protect Your Family
We’re committed to keeping your family safe and well, and that includes being smart and thinking outside the box for ways to continue to serve you.
You’re used to our technicians shaking your hand when they come to your house. Because of the present situation in our world, we find it’s more respectful to you and your family if we greet you with a wave and a smile instead!
Our technicians are dedicated to keeping your home clean. They’ll wear shoe covers and gloves while in your home, and they’ll dispose of them after each call.
Our techs are closely monitoring their health to ensure they’re well before they go on any calls. If they have even the slightestconcern that they may have been exposed or have symptoms, they will stay home.
Between calls, our techs have been instructed to wash their hands for at least 20 seconds, use hand sanitizer, and disinfect their trucks so they can stop the possible spread of germs before they even reach your door.
What We’re Doing to Protect Ourselves
When your technician arrives, they’ll let you know they’re healthy and well. They’ll also ask to make sure everyone in your home is well. This helps protect our field staff and the other homes they visit. If you have any symptoms, please let your technician know and we can get your appointment rescheduled for when you’re well.
Our office staff is also taking measures to keep the workplace clean. High-touch areas (doorknobs, light switches, coffee pot handles, etc.) are being sanitized frequently, and a large portion of the staff has been working from home.
What You Can Do to Protect Your Loved Ones and Us
As we do everything in our power to keep you safe and healthy, remember, this is a team effort. As we’re sticking to safe practices to keep everyone healthy, we expect that same commitment from you. Please take every measure to stay healthy: avoid crowds and people showing symptoms. Take social distancing seriously.
We’ll Make It Through This Together
Our staff understands your concerns and is always looking for ways to better serve and protect your family. We understand things are stressful and uncertain right now, but your friends at Morris-Jenkins are here to make sure your home always feels like a safe place during the storm.
