Our Commitment During COVID-19

Even though restrictions are beginning to loosen up, we’re continuing to be as careful as ever to protect your family.

You may not be staying home so much anymore, but it’s just as important to us that your heating, air, and plumbing are in the best shape possible. Your home should always be a comfortable place to be! And part of being comfortable is having confidence in your service provider. You can have confidence knowing we’re still gonna take every precaution to keep your family safe during this time. We continue to wear masks and follow up-to-date CDC guidelines.

Are there air filters or air purifiers for your home that can guarantee to kill the coronavirus?

What We’re Doing to Protect Your Family

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak, our technicians have started greeting people with a smile and a wave, instead of a handshake.

Out of respect for your home and your family, your technician will continue to wear shoe covers and gloves while in your home, and they’ll dispose of them after each call.

Our techs are closely monitoring their health to ensure they’re well before they go on any calls. If they have even the slightest concern that they may have been exposed or have symptoms, they will stay home.

Between calls, our techs have been instructed to wash their hands for at least 20 seconds, use hand sanitizer, and disinfect their trucks so they can stop the possible spread of germs before they even reach your door.

What We’re Doing to Protect Ourselves

When your technician arrives, they’ll let you know they’re healthy and well. They’ll also ask to make sure everyone in your home is well. This helps protect your family, our field staff and their families, and the other homes they visit. If you have any symptoms, please let your technician know and we can get your appointment rescheduled for when you’re well.

What You Can Do to Protect Your Loved Ones and Us

As we do everything in our power to keep you safe and healthy, remember, this is still a team effort. As we’re sticking to safe practices to keep everyone healthy, we expect that same commitment from you. Please take every measure to stay healthy: avoid large crowds and people showing symptoms. It’s still not the time to let our guard down.

We’re Making it Through This Together

We promise to continue to be there for your family, like we’ve always been. Together, we’ve got this!
