If you’re new to AC service, it might seem a little overwhelming. Especially with everything you’ve got on your plate! Don’t worry, we’ll make it simple for you and we’ll do most of the work. We’ve got three different maintenance options, and you can always choose the one that’s best for you. Here are our three basic services:

• Check’n’Wash: For only $89, you’ll get your whole AC looked at. We’ll do a visual inspection to check that things are looking good for the summer. We’ll also wash your outside coils to get your unit breathing better!
• System Renovation: This is like an extra thorough Check’n’Wash. It includes a careful cleaning and a hands-on inspection of your unit for only $129.
• Priority Advantage: This is our membership that includes everything listed above, plus a lot more. Starting at only $19.99 per month, you’ll get two system renovations (one for heating, one for cooling) every year, plus tons of other cool perks to save you time and money. Members get 10% off repairs, free drain cabling visits, and priority service. There’s fun stuff too! You’ll get to go to our members-only events, and you might even win one of our monthly drawings! 

When to Schedule a Tune-Up

So, do you need an AC tune-up? If you’re a homeowner, you have an air conditioner, and it’s been a year since the last tune-up, the answer is “yes.” At the very least, you should be getting it checked out to make sure it doesn’t have any wear and tear that needs some extra attention. If it’s just a couple of years old, you should be thinking about the long-term benefits of keeping your system in shape. Keeping up with maintenance keeps your AC happy and healthy for years and years (which keeps your family cool and comfy for years, too!).

You’re also saving money. An AC that’s limping along on worn-out parts isn’t gonna be saving energy. It takes a lot of effort for it to run, and it won’t even be running well! But the utilities are gonna go down if everything’s working smoothly. 

You should make time for an AC tune-up every year. It can be helpful to schedule it at the end of winter when you start thinking about warmer weather. All it takes is a quick text to us, and we’ll do the rest! 

Easy AC Services With Morris-Jenkins

Part of the reason that lots of people put off tune-ups is that companies make it hard to schedule appointments. If you work during the day, it can be impossible to set up a time when you’re off. And if you do, lots of places will charge you extra for evening or weekend appointments. That’s not how we do things! We’re open til midnight every day, even on weekends and holidays. And those are just our regular hours, so you won’t be paying extra. Someone will always be here to answer questions or help your family out.

We know not everyone likes making phone calls. You can set up appointments online (members also have access to our online portal) or even text us a time that works for you. Someone will text you back, and you can cross another thing off of your list!
