Are Morris-Jenkins Drain Cabling Visits Really Free?
When you’re a Morris-Jenkins Priority Advantage® Member, drain cabling visits really ARE free! There’s no catch. There’s no service fee or trip charge. And you can use this benefit whenever and however many times you want! If you have a slow or stopped up drain, just call or text the Priority Advantage® hotline, or book on the Member Portal. We’re here til midnight seven days a week, so we can find a day and time that works for you to get things fixed fast! And don’t worry… this benefit applies to members in Charlotte and Greenville!

Is Drain Cabling Enough to Fix My Clog?
Your free drain cabling visits as a Morris-Jenkins Priority Advantage® Member cover up to 75 feet of drain, which is enough to clear most common clogs! If for some reason it isn’t, that’s because you may have a bigger plumbing problem on your hands. But don’t stress! We can still help, and your 10% off discount as a member applies to anything else you might need. Most of the time, we can still get your drain unclogged the same day, even if things are more complex!
What’s Included in a Free Drain Cabling Visit?
When you schedule your free drain cabling visit as a Morris-Jenkins Priority Advantage® Member, one of our plumbers will come out to your home at a time that works for you (this includes nights and weekends!). Clogged kitchen sink on Thanksgiving? Don’t panic! Backed up toilet before the in-laws visit for the weekend? It’s all good! We’ll take care of it FAST. As long as your plumber has proper access to the drain, we’ll cable up to 75 feet. That’s enough to clear most basic clogs and get things flowing the right way again! And this is at no cost. It really is that simple.
What’s the Difference Between Drain Cabling, Drain Snaking, and Hydro Jetting?
Drain cabling and drain snaking are the same thing! But hydro jetting is a different technique used to clear clogged pipes. Drain cabling (or snaking) is when a plumber uses a super long metal cable attached to a motor to drill through gunk clogging up your pipes. Hydro jetting, on the other hand, uses high-pressure water to break through more stubborn clogs.
Before hydro jetting, a plumber will often send a small camera down your drain to see exactly where the clog is (and make sure your pipes are in good shape before starting!). Drain cabling is free for Priority Advantage® Members, but hydro jetting is not. However, your 10% off discount as a member applies to it!

Which Drains Are Covered by the Free Drain Cabling Benefit?
Any drain in your house is covered by the free drain cabling when you’re a Morris-Jenkins Priority Advantage® Member! This includes sinks, toilets, bathtubs, etc. As long as we can get to it easily, we’ll take care of it!
What’s Not Covered by the Free Drain Cabling Visits?
While free drain cabling can reach up to 75 feet of drain (enough for most common clogs), sometimes it still doesn’t fix your problem. When that’s the case, there’s usually something more complicated going on with your home’s plumbing, such as a mainline clog. If we can’t get your water flowing right again with the free service, we’ll talk to you before trying anything else. It may be that hydro jetting is the next step, or a pipe repair. If anything else is needed aside from your free drain cabling, your 10% discount will apply!
