ELIGIBILITY: One entry per Priority Advantage Membership Account. Multiple entries will void your submission. Contest is open to legal residents of North and South Carolina who are in the Morris-Jenkins service area and who are 18 years of age or older, the homeowner and Morris-Jenkins Priority Advantage Members. Employees of Morris-Jenkins and members of their immediate family (spouse, parent, sibling or child and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of such employees, whether related, are not eligible to enter or win. Unless otherwise specified, residents are eligible to win in contests only once every three hundred and sixty-five (365) days. Void where prohibited by law. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
HOW TO ENTER: Eligibility of individual entries will be at the sole discretion of Morris-Jenkins, for any reason or for no reason, though specific reasons for disqualification may include the use of inappropriate language or visuals. Full name, email address and telephone number are required for entry. Additional questions, such as phrases, are not required and will not improve your chance of winning. The contest runs from the first day of the month and will end at 11:59 pm EST on the last day of the month unless otherwise notated.
RANDOM DRAWING: Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing held within 1 week of the contest ending date from among all eligible entries received throughout the Contest Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout the Contest Period.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be contacted within three business days of the contest ending. Unless otherwise specified, the winner will have forty-eight (48) hours to contact Morris-Jenkins or an alternate winner will be selected.
PRIZES: Unless otherwise specified, all prizes must be claimed at the office of Morris-Jenkins Monday - Thursday from 9am-11 am or 1 pm - 4 pm (all times in eastern standard). Prizes must be claimed within ten (10) days of winning by the homeowner/entrant. Winner will be required to provide social security number and State ID for a 1099 tax form and to claim your prize. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash. If prize includes gift cards or gift certificates: The gift card will be subject to the terms and conditions as set forth by the issuer of the gift card. Gift cards are not refundable or transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash or credit at any time, nor will gift cards be replaced if lost or stolen.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating in the contest, entrant agrees to have his or her Name or likeness used in any advertising or material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation. Entrants hereby release and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Morris-Jenkins, employees, sponsors, advertisers, promotional partners, representatives, from any and all liability, claims, actions and damages sustained or incurred by participation in the contest and the receipt and use of any prize awarded (if any) through such contest arising in any manner whatsoever. It is required that a prize release form be filled out prior to leaving our premises with the prize winnings. A photo will also be taken with the prize and may be used on our social media sites, emails, etc. By entering you are agreeing to all terms and rules set forth. Any deviation results in loss of eligibility. Morris-Jenkins does not assume responsibility for COVID-19 due to prizes or prize drop-offs. When the prize consists of concert or other event tickets, Morris-Jenkins is not responsible for event cancellations or rescheduling due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to the nature of the pandemic, Morris-Jenkins cannot be held liable for any potential virus exposure at any events or prize drop-offs/pick-ups.
