Request the Morris-Jenkins Ice Cream Truck!
Please only submit one request per organization/group.
In order for us to make sure we have the right permissions to come out and share free ice cream and smiles, we need the person in charge of your group, company, or organization to be the one to fill out our form. If you're not the person in charge of your organization/group for the event, we can't book your ice cream truck visit.
Because sometimes there are documents needed and special permissions in order for us to have the truck out, we need the person in charge to be the one in touch with us. If that's not you, please have them fill this request out. Thank you! 💙💛
Frequently Asked Questions
We wanna bring smiles to as many people as possible! If you had the Morris-Jenkins ice cream truck out to your event last year and would like us to join you at your event this year, you’ll be placed on a wait list. This is so we can keep things fair and give everyone the chance to have the ice cream truck at their events!
Yes! We don't ask for or expect any money. Some people choose to donate, and all donations are given to Levine Children's Hospital.
To make sure we've got enough for everyone, each guest is only allowed one treat.
We have a standard Certificate of Insurance (COI) for the Morris-Jenkins Ice Cream Truck that we can provide upon request. If your event requires any special changes to the COI – such as adding your organization as a certificate holder or making other edits – these requirements must be shared at the time you submit this request. We are unable to make changes or provide updated documents after your booking has been confirmed.
We wanted to spread some joy in our community! It makes our hearts so happy to see kids (and adults!) smile, and it’s hard not to smile when you have free ice cream.
Yes, but donations are not expected. Any money donated will be given to Levine Children’s Hospital. The money we raise for them gets used to make hospital stays less scary for the brave kids getting treatment there! Wanna help us help the kids even more? If you’re hosting the Morris-Jenkins ice cream truck, let the people attending know that donations are welcome (but never expected).
We get so many awesome requests for events! But unfortunately, we can't make it to everything. The Morris-Jenkins ice cream truck goes to a bunch of different types of events, specifically things like:
- Field day
- Back-to-school carnivals
- Employee appreciation events
- Charity events
- and more!
We don't bring the truck out for birthday parties, events at apartment complexes, or locations outside our service area, but most other events we're open to! Fill out the form with as much detail as possible to give us a clear picture on if we're able to make it to your event.
