I very seldom write reviews. Absolutely super. A/C went out on Saturday afternoon, 90+ degrees at 5:00 in the early evening. Called MJ and to my surprise the very nice Kaci that took my call informed me that they could have someone there in a decent time frame. Robert showed up and explained everything that he was going to do. After his inspection and testing he presented his findings, options and pricing. Robert is professional, confident and seems genuinely happy at his profession. It is extremely difficult to find a great experience in today’s marketplace, especially from a large organization. Thank you Robert and also to Mr.Jenkins for operating a business the way it should be done. People first, I like that.
