Our tech came out to inspect our heat pump for this summer’s use. He did an excellent job and cleaned the outside unit so that it looks new. When he told me it would be about 1 1/2 hours I wondered what he would be doing. Well, it did take 1 1/2 hrs to look everything over. He was thorough and checked all of the electrical’s inside and outside. He was polite, covered his shoes, smiled, petted our dog and was great to talk to and answered my questions. How nice to have such a pleasant service call. The service was excellent. This is not our first experience with MJ and I have to say that they are the only company we will call for heating or plumbing needs.
