HVAC & Plumbing Service Company in Indian Trail

We needed to get our AC system serviced after a bit of neglect on our part. We had a tech come out last year when we had a bit of an issue from another company… He was very abrupt and slightly rude. So when we called Morris Jenkins we were skeptical and cautious. Our tech showed up, and from the initial introduction, he was professional, compassionate and thorough. He cleaned our system and tested. Found issues and talked me through options and we got everything fixed and a game plan for next two years on our options. He was here for over 6 hours with service and repairs and he basically became a friend during the service. We have signed up for bi-annual service now …and we will be requesting him to do future services.
