Morris-Jenkins Career Fair

You hate the thought of being stuck behind a desk for the rest of your life. You’re good with your hands and you love helping people, but career changes can be tough. We get that!

Now’s your chance to take a leap and start something new. And we’ll give you everything you need to get started!

On Saturday, July 11, 2026, Morris-Jenkins is hosting a career fair at our Charlotte location! And this is for ALL experience levels! If you’ve never had a job in the trades and you didn’t go to school for it but you love to learn and you want a job that lets you help people and work with your hands, you’d be a good fit for HVAC Tech Builder or Build a Plumber.

If you’re an experienced HVAC technician, plumber, or electrician, we’d also love to see you at the career fair!

What to Expect

You’ll be interviewing, so come ready! If you have experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical, that’s great! If not, that’s ok, too. We’d love to hire experienced people, but we’re also looking for people to join our Build a Plumber class starting August 17 and our HVAC Tech Builder class starting August 31. These are PAID training opportunities where you’ll work with some of the best in the industry to become a HVAC technician or plumber.

We’ll be interviewing and making hiring decisions THAT DAY. Qualified candidates can receive job offers before they leave the event. So, this really could be your chance to start fresh!
